Project overview
Flyttditt matches private customers with moving companies. The old solution had one long form with a high drop-off rate, and the companies received enquiries without enough information to quote. We split the flow, added save-as-you-go, and cut the questions down to what is actually needed.
Challenges
- A 24-field form in a single step caused very high abandonment
- Incomplete enquiries meant a lot of manual follow-up
- No way for a customer to continue later
- Moving companies had no overview of their own enquiries
