Søknadshjelp helps private individuals through complicated application processes. The audience includes many who find official forms difficult — so the website cannot be difficult too. We prioritised plain language, clear structure, and a contact flow that does not assume you already know what you need.
Challenges
- Dense professional jargon that shut out the most important audience

- A high share of visitors using assistive technology and enlarged text
